February Fashion Spots

The fashion industry has certainly upped its game in honour of the leap year. With London Fashion Week, followed by Milan Fashion Week and events such as the Brit Awards and Elle Style Awards in between, fashion fan girls such as myself have been given a lot to talk about this month.

Versace topped the fashion displays off with tailored chic in this season's pastels colour palette and 80s era at Fashion Week. It definitely helped that they had the fabbest models including Jourdan Dunn and Kendall Jenner. This is a look that can easily translate into our high street stores and is already evident in the likes of Topshop, River Island and Zara. British Model Tali Lennox wore a Burberry silk empire dress on the red carpet of the Elle Style Awards. And Little Mix gave us some serious greek golden goddess inspiration at the Brit Awards.

Now let's talk serious, no Fashion Week would be complete without Jeremy Scott and his Moschino Extravaganza, and what better way to display the new Autumn Winter 2016 collection than with a chandelier dress made of 80,000 SWAROVSKI CRYSTALS! I'm not even going to attempt to justify how this designer look at MFW would translate to the high street but I can most certainly appreciate it as a piece of art. Here's to being happy.
